Booking Services
Pooja Bookings
- All bookings are subject to availability
- Booking confirmation will be sent via email/SMS
- Changes to bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance
- The trust reserves the right to reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled date are eligible for full refund
- Cancellations made 24-48 hours before are eligible for 50% refund
- No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before
Donations
- All donations are voluntary and non-refundable
- Donation receipts will be provided for tax purposes
- The trust reserves the right to use donations for any charitable purpose
- Donors may specify the purpose of their donation
Payment Terms
- All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR)
- We accept cash, online transfers, UPI, cards, and cheques
- Payment confirmation will be sent via email/SMS
- In case of payment disputes, the trust's decision will be final
